With a professional background as a full-time Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner and Transformative Coach, Mia bridges the gap between contemporary psychology and ancient spiritual practices.Her journey began in the creative arts as a ceramicist and illustrator, where she learned to "listen with her heart and hands"—a skill she now brings to her therapeutic and shamanic work. Mia’s approach is rooted in the belief that we all possess an innate capacity for healing when provided with a safe, supportive, and grounded environment.A Path of Integrated Wisdom Mia’s shamanic practice is built on years of rigorous training in Core Shamanism. She is currently in training as a shamanic teacher and has studied under esteemed practitioners and organizations including The Sacred Trust, Christa Mackinnon, Two Birds Cunningham (Embracing Shamanism), and Betsy Bergstrom. She specializes in creating intimate, small-group containers that honor the nervous system while exploring the "web of life."
